Jennifer received her Reiki attunement in 2014 and has been a practicing Usui Reiki Master since 2016. She offers 30 minute and 45 minute sessions, as well as blended massage and Reiki treatments.

Reiki is a universal life force energy, also known as chi or prana.

After making yourself comfortable on the treatment table, you will receive a Chakra reading. After that it is radical relaxation and meditation on your part while Jennifer gently places her hands over your main Chakra centers and channels Reiki energy.
After the closing of the Reiki session, Jennifer will share any intuitive insights she has about your chakras and energy flow.

Chakras are energy points in your body. There are many but 7 main ones along the medial line of the body, that form a hierarchy of needs. These include the root chakra at the bottom, followed by the sacral chakra, the solar plexus, the heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye, and crown chakra. These and the chakras on your hands and arms are the ones you can expect to be encountered during your reiki session.

Each treatment is unique to the individual and their current condition. Reiki is a restorative treatment, and post-treatment Chakra readings always reveal opened Chakras.
